First, questionnaire was used to understand the satisfication, the degree of recongnition, the effectiveness and the opinions of the innovative activities of character education by the parents, the teachers and the students.Then, analyze the result of the questionnaire to discuss the questions and the solutinos of character education by interviewing the principal, the teacher representive, and paretal representive. Accoring to the results of the research, some findings were stated: 1. There are higher satisfication and agreement of the innovative ac-tivities of character education. As for the students’ favorite activi-ties, there are significant differences between different grades and different genders of the students. Meanwhile, both the parents and the teachers have positive attitudes toward the innovactive activi-ties of character education. 2. There is an efficient implementation of the innovative activities of character education. The students, the teachers, and the parents stated that the activities show better learning effectiveness, espe-cailly for lower-grade students and the female students. 3. Lack of time is the major obstacle to affect the innovative of the activities. 4. The parents, the teachers and the students hope that the innovative activities of character education will be more mulitiple and rich. 5. The problems of promoting character education in PO-AI elemen-tary school included the lack of time. Guiding activities are also hard to satisify the students’ preferences. Besides, it’s difficult to implement service learning activities fully. Finally, character edu-cation is difficult to internalize and living. 6. The solutions are that the teachers should have a proper classroom management and integrate with each subject teaching and strengthen the core values of character education. Besides, the teachers and the parents need to use the opportunity to educate the children and make good examples for the students. In addition, guiding constantly and sharing are needed. Finaly, the school, the teachers, and the parents become co-promoter of character education.
