Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 102 === With rapid developments of mobile devices and mobile internet, smart mobile devices have a good photographic and rapid data processing function to handle 2D bar code recognition process. This functionality of smart mobile devices let QR code process apps rise quickly in the apps software for mobile devices. QR code has several features that include multi-aspect, high volume, fault-tolerant, and cannot be recognized by naked eye. Moreover, QR codes usually are applied to data link applications to share some specific information on website. Since QR code has been widely used; it is convenient for users to exchange their messages. However, for some confidential messages only can be shared by specified users, it is impossible for original QR code apps to achieve this purpose. In this study, we try to modify a QR code app to support a confidential message exchange function in an android platform. First, we try to understand the basic concept of QR code and study the QR code encoding/decoding processes. Then, we adopt a stream encryption function to the QR code encoding/decoding processes to support a confidential message exchange function in a QR code app. Finally, we modify a QR code app with java codes for android-based smart mobile devices. With the modified QR code app, we can find that we can share a confidential message among specified users. This result shows that the modified QR code app will be suitable for a specified group to exchange a confidential message and achieve the purpose of safe data sharing.
