The purpose is to set up a comprehensive national parks natural and cultural conservation, education, research and tourism. National Park uesd the land-use zoning to manage the park by way of the use of land resources.Land use zoning land blocks were based on the use of resources and needs of the different, and designate a variety of purposes and principles of land use norms in different partitions. National park district's residents and the use of national park land by the relevant laws, restrictions on property rights, freedom of residence and the right to exist. This article and the delineation program from the National Park land use zoning to control the content, legality, litigation and compensation as a relief to explore and find related litigation cases to a better understanding of the relationship between the National Park land use zoning and peoples, the period I am able to national Park land use zoning benefit.
