Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 化學系 === 102 === In this work, chlorobenzenes are analyzed by Gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC-MS) incorporated with direct immersion and head space solid phase microextraction.
Anodized titanium fibers coated with various aniline oligomer, including tetramer, octamer and hexadecamer were applied. Octamer shows the greatest performance. Direct immersion solid phase microextraction optimization was with 0.2 g octamer coating, 30 minutes at 25°C for extraction, 250°C for desorption. Limit of detection (LOD) toward chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene, tetrachlorobenzene and pentachlorobenzene are from 0.05 to 0.005μg L-1 and 0.01~250μg L-1 for linear dynamic range (LDR). Related standard derivations (RSD) are found to be 2.0~9.3% for one fiber (n=5) and 1.8~13.4% for fiber to fiber (n=3) and recovery ranging from 93.24~ 104.16%.
Head space solid phase microextraction optimization was with 30 minutes at 25°C for extraction with 0.8g salt addition, 250°C for desorption. Limit of detection (LOD) toward chlorobenzene, dichlorobenzene, trichlorobenzene, tetrachlorobenzene and pentachlorobenzene are from 0.05 to 0.005 μg L-1 and 0.01~250μg L-1 for linear dynamic range (LDR). Related standard derivations (RSD) are found to be 1.7~3.9% for one fiber (n=5) and 1.4~4.5% for fiber to fiber (n=3) and recovery ranging from 93.28~106.79%.
This fiber can be used excess 100 times and lasted over five months without significant degradation which is better than commercial fibers.
