Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 自然資源與環境學系 === 102 === Multi-employment Development Plan (hereafter be shorted as Multi plan) was run in Taiwan for several years. The purpose is to improve labors’ unemployment problem in Taiwanese society, to encourage the development of local industry, and to offer the joint units with personnel grant. The main goal is: to solve the problem of disadvantaged unemployment labors as the target of the first priority. The research is based on the two tribes which have participated in the Multi plan and have subsumed the traditional weaving crafts belonging to their own races as the tribe developing goals. This material culture from aboriginal traditional weaving craft during the early ages was given the mission to pass on the torch of their own race. But for the time goes by nowadays, the government policy is put into operation in the aboriginal tribes to guide them how to bring their traditional crafts into the culture industry. While the tribes are developing the economy industry, the policy changes the existence value of the traditional weaving craft given by passing on the culture torch in the meantime. It seems there is certain unexpected phenomenon occurred after Multi plan’s operation in the tribes and the interaction with the traditional weaving. Therefore, with the writer’s research observation in the field, we are going to discuss the probable problem and phenomenon of traditional weaving craft under the Multi plan to be the reference for the tribes which are planning to take the traditional craft culture as the development direction of the tribes.
