Questionnaires and data collection for the case company from its north, central and south district. This study describes the use of statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and structural equation model analysis to verify whether the hypnoses are true or not? In order to explore the different operating characteristics remain to dispatch personnel intention and analyze the effects of various factors affecting willingness to remain intention. We also tried from the different job characteristics to figure out how job satisfaction and coaching skills affect the willingness of the dispatch staffs to remain intention. Thus, the evident providing specific recommendations for dispatch agencies, to send agency to improve the current human predicament gap.
