In accordance with the development trend of domestic minor sexual assault cases, the number of adult sexual assault may raise correspondingly year by year if proper guidance and assistance are not provided to the minor criminals by associated authorities. Subject of teenager sex offense is notable and it requires more positive guidance and assistance and/or sexual knowledge related education involved. Firstly, incidence of teenager offense against sexual autonomy and reporting number of sexual violence cases shall be analyzed in order to understand the associated development trend and the importance of related metal/physical treatments and guidance education which shall be provided constructively by associated authorities of government. The documentation which explains the type and personality of teenager offense against sexual autonomy cases shall be made. Secondly, specified description of sexual violence cases against minor couples is given in this research. Thirdly, the description of entire development process of metal/physical treatments and guidance education in Taiwan is inclusive. The research results can be divided into three sections. Firstly, the self-understanding and self-control abilities of these minors after they received the metal/physical treatments and guidance education. Secondly, how their family relationship be affected after the abovementioned assistance received. Finally, the change of their attitudes toward sex afterwards. This research submits associated suggestions and limits in the final section as the thinking points for the subsequent arrangement of metal/physical treatments and guidance education.
