Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === With the continuing growth of internet penetration rate and e-tailing business, online gaming
has one of the business, become increasing things for tendency of modern business. The purpose
of this study is to determine the factors influencing online gamer satisfaction, and seeks to
research effects of the e-Service quality dimensions of information, ease of use, design and
privacy on satisfaction with online game in Mongolia. Sample of this study will include online
gaming consumers of Mongolian. This study suggests eight hypotheses. The study will use esurvey
to collect data from participants. Data will analyze by statistical software SPSS. Result of
this study found that Transaction cost, and e-Satisfaction are important determining factors
influencing online gaming. Also findings shown that e-satisfaction and challenge has significant
factors influencing on e-loyalty. The results of this study nearly supported all hypotheses.
