The subjects of the study are one older-age children class, their teachers and the head of teaching sector in the YI-XIN preschool where the researcher served before. The study adopts the case study; Data include the interview, related documents, and the researcher’s note. The strategies of carrying out localized teaching concluded: (1)To make good use of the local resources. (2)To plan the integration courses. (3) To offer the opportunities to observe for the children based on the children’s interests. (4)The respect of multi-cultures. (5)To induct children to learn by scaffolding. The findings of the study: (1)Teachers are aware of the right of teaching could be becoming to guide children from dominate children. (2)It is normal develop to break the teaching myth of the localized themes and merge the local ideas in normal teaching. (3) It should set up the partnership between teachers in the same classroom, the preschool should implement the substitute system. (4) It’s helpful to urge the localized teaching that the parents participate in the process of teaching. (5)Stable work environment is the foundation to get good teaching/learning environment of the teachers and the children.
