Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 諮商與臨床心理學系 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to explore the act pattren of conscious experience in Ericksonian hypnotherapy with the help of phenomenology. To accomplish this purpose, first, a literature review includes: (1) a contemporary Ericksonian hypnotherapy mode and principles of stage for hypnosis, (2) the embedded metaphor structure of hypnosis, (3) the triple architecture of consciousness. Secondly, four descriptions of hypnotic experience are analyzed in order to understand the significative, imagry and sensorial conscious acts in the hypnotic experience. And lastly, it is found in the study that hypnosis experience could be clearly identified with significative, imagry, sensorial experience in different instruction stages. The significative experience is obvious in induction and reorient instruction stage. In the instruction stage of story, matching imagry and sensorial experience in instruction appeared in hypnotist. In addition, the significative hypnosis experience may also occur with imagry experience and act of comment or confirm. Overall, the study finds the lived experience of being through a session of hypnotherapy and the understanding of the act pattren of consciousness in Ericksonian hypnotherapy.
