Summary:博士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 102 === Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate Junior high school teachers ' perceptions of organizational justice, professional commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior, and the study of the relationships between the three. In total, there are 745 junior high school teachers involved in the study. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS. The major findings of the study were: 1. Teachers in organizational justice , professional commitment , organizational citizenship behaviors in the workplace showed good. 2. Large-sized schools teachers ' perceptions in organizational justice showed higher. 3. central and southern districts teachers ' perceptions of organizational justice showed higher. 4. The age 51 teachers ' perception in professional performance showed higher than the teachers the age between 31 to 40. 5. The teachers graduated from Institute 40 for class in perception in professional performance showed higher. 6. Single teachers’ perception of professional commitment in professional relationship and professional ethics showed higher. 7. Small-sized schools teachers’ perception in invove work, research and development and the overall level showed higher, Large-sized schools teachers ' perceptions in professional ethical showed higher. 8. Central and southern districts of teachers ' professional in professional commitment levels of than North teachers’. 9. General district teachers’ professional commitment than in remote areas. 10. Small-sized schools teachers’ perception of organizational citizenship behavior and professional performance levels higher than midsize school teachers. 11. Southern teachers ' perception in professional behavior and respecting the school system showed higher than Northern district teachers, and the overall level, above north. 12. The General area teachers’ perception in high job demands levels showed higher than in remote areas. 13. Organizational justice and professional commitment to organizational citizenship behavior has significant predictive power, professional commitment with intermediate effect. 14. According as structural equation modeling , organizational justice, through intermediary professional commitment affect organizational citizenship behavior, this model has a good matchup. Discussing on the detailed analysis of the possible factors in the thesis,and provide specific suggestions for reference.
