Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to examine the current condition and the relevance of teacher's transformational leadership as well as student learning motivation. In addition, this research also examine the differences between Teacher's Transformational Leadership and Student’s Learning Motivation in the elementary schools. The questionnaire survey method was adopted in this research. The tool to collect data is self-made. The main participants are the elementary school students in Chiayi County and Chiayi City. Through stratified random samples, 865 valid questionnaire were collected. The data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson Product- moment Correlation. The conclusions of this study are drawn as follows: 1. The perception of teacher's transformational leadership was above average by students in the elementary school. 2. The performance of learning motivation was above average by students in the elementary school. 3. There were significant differences between the background variables such us student’s different grade, student’s gender, seniority and scale of school on teacher's transformational leadership. (p<.05) 4. There were significant differences between the background variables such us student’s different grade, teacher’s gender and seniority on student’s learning motivation. (p<.05) 5. There was a significant correlation between teacher’s transformational leadership and student’s learning motivation. (r=.556) Based on the conclusion of this research, it provides suggestion and further study direction for elementary teachers, schools as well as educational administrations.
