Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育學系研究所 === 102 === The aim of this research is to study how to use community resources efficiently in the development of a school club, and discuss conclusions and suggestions. The subjects of this study are the Bluesky Community, and the Greentree Elementary School’s Tea Club and Classical Chinese Music Club. The method adopted by this research was the Qualitative Interview. The interviewees included the administrators, instructors, volunteers, students, and community temple management committees from Greentree Elementary School’s Tea Club and the Classical Chinese Music Club. In the end, this research generalized the following conclusions: 一、Positive interaction between community clubs and school clubs will help both grow. 二、Human resources support from community will encourage the growth of school clubs. 三、Funding support from community will facilitate the development of school clubs. 四、Materials support from community will solve equipment shortage of school clubs.
