Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 應用化學系研究所 === 102 === First part: Photocatalytic degradation of harmful organic compounds is an effective way and importance for environmental protection.A series of RuOx-doped TiO2 (RDT) photocatalysts were synthesized by the sol-gel method. The structure and surface morphology of the photocatalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (p-XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and FT-IR. The specific surface area of the photocatalysts were investigated by N2 adsorption-desorption technique. Compositional microanalysis was carried out by EDS. The data confirmed that the composition of ruthenium ranged from 2.76% to 15.2% in phtocatalysts. The XPS spectrum deconvolution found the ruthenium oxidation state are 0 , 4+ oxidation states existed in the photocatalysts beore calcinated. In comparison with UV-vis DRS spectrum of pure titania , RDT show red-shift in the absorption band toward visible light regions. The photodedradation of salicylic acid in aqueous solution was used to characterize the photocatalytic activity of RDT. RDT-0025-48ca showed the highest photocatalytic activity in all phtocatalysts. The photocatalytic rate of RDT-0025-48ca (R= 0.13773 min-1) was 2.7 times as faster as Degussa P25(R = 0.05062 min-1).The products for photodedradation of salicylic acid were analyzed by Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Second part: With uniform cluster size and long-range periodic ordering, chalcogenide clusters allow the study of quantum confinement effects and collective properties at the lower size limit of three-dimensionally confined quantum dot structures. Photoluminescent Cd6S18Se6 clusters with Octahedral-tilting structure never publishing were synthesized by solvothermal method. The structure and surface morphology of the clusters were characterized by Single-crystal X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM). Compositional microanalysis was carried out by EDS.Fluorescence properties of Cd6S18Se6 was measured by photoluminenscence (PL).
