Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 應用化學系研究所 === 102 === In this study, we developed a seedless method to successfully prepare fluorescence gold nanoclusters using the photo-assisted citrate reduction process under the blue LEDs. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was used as the restricted reagent to confine the growth of gold particles. The more of the BSA was added, the smaller of the gold particles were formed. When the concentration of BSA was more than 10 mg/mL, the gold partilcles were smaller than the detection limit of TEM. These small gold particles have very good fluorescence ability. The peak emission wavelength is about 640 nm when the excitation wavelength of light is 365 nm. The time of photochemical reaction and concentration of citrate were also found to be important factors to influence the size of gold particles and were optimized to obtain the best fluorescence efficiency.
