The impact of IT omnipresent characteristic brought negative impact on the psychological aspects of modern people. This study suggests that this phenomenon, called Technostress, should be attention and integrate into the study of the behavior of information self-disclosure in using social networking sites to research for analysis and discussion. In addition, we integrate self-determination theory into the research framework to investigate and discussion. In addition, this study suggests that trust from other social networking sites members should be able to mediate and reduce the pressure on the technostress impact of information self-disclosure. In this study, we issued online questionnaire to collect sample and there are total of 424 valid samples copies. We did data analysis through SPSS 12.0 and SmartPLS 2.0 test, and the result confirmed that techno-invasion and perceived autonomy perceived autonomy have positive impact on information self-disclosure intention, and trust the needle partially mediate technostress affect information self-disclosure. From the results we can see that modern people vent pressure to achieve the purpose of the information self-disclosure and then engage in self-disclosure behavior. The study suggested that the social networking sites platform for business and managers should consider felt technostress, in order to establish the social networking sites user's physical and mental health (well-being) and continuous knowledge sharing intentions.
