Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 園藝學系研究所 === 102 === Two kinds of commercial varieties of Doritaenopsis Join Angel
‘KHM551’ and Dtps. Luchia Pink ‘KHM1078’ after transplant from 7.5
cm unti 10.5 cm pots, sampling and analyzed in during the experimental
period per month, leaf position demarcated before sampling. Sampling
and analyzed from plants cultivation in 10.5 cm pots two month later then
treatment by 0%, 50%, 70% and 90% shading level amonth. After
shading experimental, treated a month in dark condition simulated
transport and measurement chlorophyll fluorescence value, vegetative
characteristics and internal constituents, ensuing flower induction and
investigate the performance of flowering, correlation analytical of leaves
with flowering performance data. The data showed, Dtps. Join Angel
‘KHM551’ highest double spiking ratio and flower number by 50%
shading treatment were 59.3% and 9.3 flowers. Dtps. Luchia Pink
‘KHM1078’ highest double spiking ratio and flower number by 50%
shading treatment were 43.8% and 10.4 flowers. Lower leaf position (leaf
demarcate 3 and 4) chlorophyll fluorescence value were correlated with
flowering performance, highest correlation coefficients in leaf 3 was 0.98.
Leaf characters and flowering performance were correlated of canonical
correlation in each leaf position, canonical correlation coefficient between
leaf position from top to bottom, were 0.88, 0.96,0.95, 0.91, 0.86 and
0.92, in which the leaf -1 highest correlation between leaf characters and
flower performance. In addition, leaf length, leaf width, and fresh weight
contribution of higher were -0.96, -0.98 and -0.91. Internal constituents
and flowering performance is canonical correlation between leaf -1 and 1,
correlation coefficients were 0.93 and 0.95. Soluble sugar, total sugar,
total nitrogen, and C/N ratio with double spiking was a negative
correlation, but with flower number was a positive correlation.
Collectively these results, chlorophyll fluorescence value of leaf 3 can be
speculated flower number in these two commercial varieties. Leaf characters, Soluble sugar, total sugar, total nitrogen, and C/N ratio of leaf 1, with the potential of discriminating quality.
