Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 102 === In this study are presented the investigation of the relationship between remote small school parents’ involvement and the educators’ working pressure, and the difference of sensation of educators in distinct fields for parents’ involvement, and their pressure from work as well. The main purposes of this study are outlined: 1. The sensation of remote small school educators for parents’ involvement in school affairs and its current situation. 2. The current situation of remote small school educators taking the stress form work. 3. Investigate the relationship of parents’ involvement and the working pressure educators suffer.
The aim of this study is questionnaire survey procedure based on random sampling, with the education staff in remote small school in Chiayi County as the objects. Thirty-two schools which are categorized as remote school with less than six classes, as well as 334 educators were tested. 251 questionnaires were selected, and the effective response rate is 75.4%. By “ Chiayi County remote small school parents’ involvement and educators’ working pressure questionnaire” as the investigation aid of the research, and descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation coefficient were used for analysis, we thus conclude that:
1. The sensation of the remote small school educators for parents’ involvement, part of which is in normal level.
2. The sensation of remote small school educators for their working pressure, part of which is in normal level.
3. The sensation of remote small school educators in different field for parents’ involvement in school affair, part of which has significant difference.
4. The sensation of remote small school educators in different field for their working pressure, part of which has significant difference.
5. Between remote small school parents’ involvement and educators’ working pressure, part of which has significant difference.
