This research also analyzes the differences of staff perceived organizational equity and organizational effectiveness amongst different background variables. This research offers implications for educational administration offices, technology university administrators, and future researchers.
This research applies questionnaire survey as research method and administered 5345 questionnaires to administration staffs at 55 technical universities in Taiwan. The researcher sent questionnaire via email and staffs can fill in their perception answers on the questionnaire website. The total number of returned valid questionnaire is 684, the response rate is 12.8%. This research applied descriptive analysis, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson Correlation, and stepwise regression as statistical method. The main findings of this research include:
1. Technical university staffs perceived organizational equity and organizational effectiveness are between the scale of middle and high.
2. The differences of technical university staffs perceived organizational equity and organizational effectiveness amongst background variable, mostly tested different based on statistical standards.
3, The correlation value between technical university staffs perceived organizational equity and organizational effectiveness is highly positive.
4. Staff perceived procedural equity is the strongest predictor on organizational effectiveness.
