Service innovation is considered to meet the complex needs of the market for goods and services, and even open up new markets. Capable of taking into account the special nature of technological innovation and service integration method, an emerging framework to explore service innovation, this study aims to explore the relationship between this structure and the ability of the service provider's technical features. In this study, the use of business method patents Telehomecare social network analysis, the results in addition to the ability to find the provider with the technical characteristics of the mutual impact of a service-based business models evolve, but also from a time series analysis to understand the Telehomecare development process industries.
