Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 機電工程學系 === 102 === This study mainly focuses on the design of a Novel 100MHz four-directional surface acoustic wave radio frequency identification(SAW RFID) to receive its signal, and verify whether the labels energy measure its signal coding. We try to solve labels return signal energy shortage from the happening when there are a lot of coding, and observe the new one’s are better than older one’s or not. According to the label design, we designed A (old) and B (new) types of labels, B class design sucked into the old label four-directional design, in addition to a variety of processes in which to find the most suitable parameters. In this paper, we used the lithography process and lift-off process to fabricate the device and using the vector network analyzer (VNA) to analyze the differences between two types, to observe the return loss and whether a signal is returned to analyze its coding. The experimental results indicate that A, B two types can be received signals of its components, and it can be transform the codes; the experimental results in four-directional design its return energy greater than the energy in the old one’s, the data indicates the expected results of this paper can be achieved.
