Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 電機工程學系 === 102 === This thesis proposes the application of image processing technology in the building resident security management system. This system has integrated the license plate recognition algorithm, face recognition algorithm and radio frequency identification, which can control the user identity and resident situation efficiently. The image process section contains license plate recognition algorithm and face recognition algorithm which use the principle component analysis. The license plate recognition procedure contains to find the license location, license plate character segmentation and character recognition. Face recognition use color transformation, range correction, and normalization process to select the human face accurately. Then we use the principle component analysis to find the most similar face image from the training face image database. Finally, this thesis combines RFID system and builds the resident list in the building resident security management system. System only allows the user whose identity is matched can enter the building. Therefore, this thesis integrates these three functions to make the building resident security management system more completely and robustly.
