Whether it is from the point of view of medical personnel or patients, Mobile medical technology can bring many innovative services and applications; through wireless communication technology allows nurses to obtain information quickly and correctly, let nurses’ workflow make more simplified and efficient, thereby reducing medical errors and improve the efficiency of nurses. Because in recent years the medical environment is becoming increasingly collapse, nursing manpower shortage problem persists, in order to improve the quality of medical care and nursing job performance, many hospitals import some mobile health systems. However, to fully promote the use of the hospital itself, in addition to a huge amount of hardware required to put grills, work habits for health care workers is a major change, therefore, an important issue to assess the work of Action Medical technology into medical institutions for the development of effective health care need to consider the action. In this study, mobile health information technology systems for the study, and use the “Task-Technology Fit” theory as the theoretical foundation, the questionnaire were distributed to nurses of the central section of three teaching hospitals, explore the benefits of mobile medical technology affect the job performance degree of clinical nurses and review of clinical nurses’ task-characteristics, technology-characteristics and personal-characteristics through the “Task-Technology Fit” and “Utilization” to impact on “Performance Impacts”. A total of 250 questionnaires were sent out and 210 copies were obtained, indicating a valid response rate of 84%, the information gathered using SPSS 19.0 statistical software for analysis; Includes the sample of basic-data descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis of the questions of the questionnaire, regression analysis etc., finishing the mobile health technology work efficiency of the degree of influence of clinical nursing and related properties, and verify the hypotheses of study-model. By regression analysis of this study that six hypotheses are supported and it have a good explanatory ability, and "Task-Characteristics”,”Utilization” significant impact on “Performance Impacts” does exist. The results could help the managers to understand the relationship between using the mobile health technology and clinical nurses nursing job performance, and provide a reference implementation of medical information system related actions effectiveness of hospitals or health care facilities. 梁文耀 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW |
