In this study, three of the larger domestic tire manufacturing companies to collect and analyze information and data. The study is that the three companies IT staff, and in order to make the subjects more reassuring respondents of this study is the use of electronic tools questionnaires manner, then the final data measured by the respondents were compiled after doing hand from the data analysis .
