| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系企業高階管理 === 102 === Nut, bolt and screw hardware industry is one of the conventional industries in Taiwan. It tops the world of its massive supply in the global market in year 1984, therefore it wins Taiwan fame and reputation with a name called “the Kingdom of Screws Manufacture.” The industry still shines at the second runner-up place in the world for an international total commodity export, it earns a tremendous credit for economic advancement in Taiwan.
The purpose of this research is to contribute some more thoughtful schemes and resolutions to the industry by analyzing the circumstance nowadays, its conditions and patterns, and its trend in the global market.
By consulting the references and conducting SWOT analysis, the research will discuss further more on the main factors of the industry’s success and some strategies for upper competititvity. By constructing industrial competitivity strategies and concluding research results, to offer practical recommendations to the manufacturers and the authorities.
The research shows the industry should proceed on enhancing technology, lowering the cost, and promoting services. In the meantime, domestic policies shall be more supportive by accelerating the process of legislating laws and regulations, also be responsive to the problems.
Therefore, our national power will profoundly assist the industry to survive and thrive in the global competition, to move forward with the tides, and to retain as a leading pioneer in the world.
