In order to achieving research objectives, the study employed questionnaires survey method to collect the research data, which included two instruments: Leadership Skill Scale and Leadership Attitude Scale were used to survey selected 406 business department student in New Era College from Malaysia. The statistical methods used to analyzed the data were descriptive statistic and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The conclusions of the study were summarized as follows: 1. The students’ leadership skill was below average 2.5 score as “Inspiring a shared vision” was the most and “Challenging the process” is the least; and over 75% of student’s leadership attitudes of system thinking over middle and hierarchical thinking as well. 2. The students have different perceptions in leadership skills and leadership attitudes within class, gender, living location and leading role, but family social class was not found different perceptions. 3. There were positive correlations between students’ leadership skill and leadership attitudes. Finally, based on the results, suggestions for college, teacher preparation institutions, educational administration agencies and future studies were proposed. 林國楨 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 92 zh-TW |
