The researcher talk about the development and emotion of what happened in the process of practicing school business then analyze and generalize the useful clues in things that happing to become the tool and foundation that can be used in the future. The findings of this research were as follows: 1. The role a beginning principal played would have different expectation due to distinctive people or group. The principal have to be good at self-discovering in order to do well at every role. 2. The location of a beginning principal had to change to suit different situation. In the beginning, the principal should be the one that supported and observed other people in an organization. In the mid-term, the principal should be the one that maintained great atmosphere and the one that reformed in an organization. In the long-term, the principal should be the one that integrates resources and took over the visionary leadership. 3. A beginning principal’s education ideal should be comprehensive, including courses, teaching, atmosphere, school features, and sustainable developments. 4. A beginning principal had to see stability as the first consideration when managing the school. He should accept all the situations and pass on to future generation, then find the chance to alter the unsuitable things. 5. The difficulties confronted when a beginning principal managed school business included unhealthy organization culture, unsuitable human affair arrangements and unexpected situations. The principal had to handle these incidents with patience, plans, procedures, and external resources. Keywords: a beginning principal, school practice, reflection.
