In this study, for a total of 16 lesson plans and courseware lessons. Covering prose, modern poetry, Tang and Song poetry, micro fiction, biography and literature five units. The subjects were 41 high school students, researchers and teaching itself. Research tool for the researchers of classroom observation and class reflection, collaborative teacher's observations and recommendations, the student's self-efficacy checklist. Study found that after six months of students' educational success, "teaching self-efficacy in the checklist, you can see that the students receive from the exclusion to inclusion, with positive thinking and slowly growing believe will be successful ideas. "Successful education" made a harmonious and orderly classroom teaching, while providing teachers and students together successfully manufactured accumulated together successful platform. The results of this study will make relevant recommendations follow-up study.
