Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 財務金融技術學系 === 102 === The research was conducted with the purpose of examining and determining the correlation between work stress and job satisfaction among the personnel staff of junior high schools in Taichung.Two different methods are used in this study – literature search and the questionnaire method. A total of 89 respondents were included in the survey, 81 of them were effective, and the recovery of effective response was 91.01%.
The statistical analysis includes the descriptive statistical analysis, T-Test, One-Way analysis of variance, Correlation Analysis.
Key findings of the study as below:
1、 Personnel staff at junior high schools reported a higher level of work stress. The sources of work stress include the workload, the role conflicts and the conflicts between their family lives and job.
2、 Personnel staff at junior high schools reveals a lower level of satisfaction about the job of promotion&; evaluation.
3、 Different seniority shows a significant variation of working stress among the personnel staff.
4、 There is no considerable variation of satisfaction toward job, salary &; welfare, workplace relationships and promotion &; evaluation among staff with different backgrounds.
5、 Positive correlation is found significantly between stress of workload and satisfaction of job.
6、 Positive correlation is shown remarkably between stress of workload and satisfaction of workplace relationship.
7、 Negative correlation is shown remarkably between stress of role conflicts and satisfaction of salary&; welfare.
This study is attempting to provide recommendations that could be applied to school administrators, as well as a basis for future research efforts.
