In this paper, the first way is to design geometry of the asymmetric parabolic geometry and create the mathematical type of rack cutter helical gear. The virtual rack cutter can be divided into two parts. One is used to create a small number of tooth left helical gear, and the other is used to create a large number of tooth right helical gear. The virtual rack cutter of asymmetric parabolic teeth helical, the rack cutter surface of equations and the meshing condition can be obtained asymmetric parabolic mathematical models of the helical gear tooth. The virtual rack cutter is used to create the mathematical model of asymmetric parabolic tooth helical gear. A virtual rack cutter, a gear helical and a fixed reference coordinate for each gear coordinate system is set up. The coordinate transformation is obtained during exercise process. To calculate the virtual rack cutter, the relative velocity of a pair of gear and the meshing conditions. The mathematical model of asymmetric parabolic helical gear is created by using the mathematical software. The mathematical model file of asymmetric parabolic helical gear is converted to the MasterCAM. The solid model is created using the SolidWorks software. The contact situation of helical flank is observed, and to discuss the case of transmission errors assembly under normal and there are no errors assembly errors for large and small helical gear. The use of tooth contact analysis set by the assembly error, the motion of a pair of gear under situations is solve assembly errors.
