碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 企業管理學系 === 102 === Abstract Industry cluster is already an important indicator of economic growth in Taiwan.While small and medium enterprises resist foreign competitors, industry cluster firms exist interdependent symbiotic scenario, and the dependence in industry cluster is considered a cooperation network. In addition industry cluster firms will provide support in technique、marketing and capacity. Therefore we want understand the relationships among firm dependence, partnership and firm performance in industry cluster and the result or suggestion of analysis will afford cluster firms. Besides to analysis the relationships among partnership, technolo-gy-dependent, capacity-dependent and common market development, we also explore “trust” whether or not affecting the cooperation between the firms more closely, as well as explore "environmental uncertainty" to know that the relationship of the partnership and firms performance.　 The results of this study shows that : technology-dependent will positively affect the partnership ; common market-dependence will positively influence the partnership ; capacity-dependence will positively affect the partnership, and the partnership will positively affect firm performance ; trust and partnership will strengthen the relationship between technology-dependence ; trust no effect on the development of the common market ; trust will increase capacity and partnership, and partnership significantly affect performance ; environmental uncertainty will strengthen the relationship between the performance and partnership in industry cluster firms.
