Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 化學系 === 102 === Asperjinone, a natural product first isolated from thermophilic Aspergillus terreus in 2012 and its structure was revised using the computer-assisted structure elucidation (CASE) in 2013. But, we still devoted ourself in accomplishing the original structure, that we called it is precursor of Asperjinone, 3-(3-((3,3-dimethy loxiran-2-yl)methyl)-4-hydroxybenzyl)-4-4(4-hydroxyphenyl) maleic anhydride. In our lab, we’re trying to design a concise strategy and make a usage of palladium-catalyst couplings that we have been studied for a long time in Suzuki and Kumada coupling. On the other hand, we found that the core structure of Asperjinone is quite similar with hepasim and himanimides analogues. Hence,we divide our target to three portions : N-Benzyl-2,3-dibromomaleimide (3) and two side chains. In addition to this one, we hope to fully utilize the same route on other natural produc
