Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 化學系 === 102 === In order to make structural and functional modeling complexes of Fe-containing nitrile hydratase, we used three kinds of organic ligands containing aromatic sulenamides to react with [Et4N][HFe(CO)4] and followed the reaction progresses. We successfully obtained a six-coordinated N4S2 iron(III) complex with structural identification. The reaction mechanisms of those reactions were also compared and discussed.
In addition, three new complexes were synthesized with structural characterization from the reaction of 2-aminobenzenethiol with mercury(II) and cadmium(II) ions. The types of polymerization of these complexes and an unusual adduct formation of the ligands on mercury(II) ion were also reported.
