The subjects were Senior Vocational High School teachers in Taiwan. It does not include remote islands. In this research, questionnaire survey method was conducted and 710 questionnaires were issued. Consequently, there are 615 valid questionnaires and the effective response rate was 86.6%. The collected data was analyzed by statistical methods of mean, percentage, standard deviation, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé posteriori comparison and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The results were described as follows: 1. Professional identity and professional performance of teachers at Senior Vocational High School are both above average. 2. The current situation of professional identity of teachers at Senior Vocational High School differed in current position, participation of teacher evaluation for professional development, public or private and school district. 3. The current situation of professional performance of teachers at Senior Vocational High School differed in current position, participation of teacher evaluation for professional development, public or private and school district. 4.
