Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 102 === Abstract The main purpose of the study was to explore Training Skill Contestant Motivation and Constraint Factors for Teachers of Accounting information occupations in Vocational High Schools. The subject were the teachers of Accounting information occupations in Vocational High Schools. The self-developed questionnaire entitled “The questionnaire for Training Skill Contestant Motivation and Constraint Factors for Teachers of Accounting information occupations in Vocational High Schools’’ was used as the research tool. The samples consisted of 218 teachers from 70 schools located in northern, central, southern and eastern Taiwan. The valid samples are 186, and the valid percentage is 89%. The data are analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t-Test, One-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Scheffé Method, and Pearson’Product-moment Correlation. Major findings of the study were summarized below: 1.Five dimensions of training skill constraint motivation were ”public relation” , “school expectation” “self-development”, “responsibility”, “achievement” ,and. Among them, “responsibility”is the most important factor for the teachers. 2.Four dimensions of training skill constraint factors were “personal factors”, “contestant factors”,and”administrative factors,”equipment &; finance factors”.”Among them,”personal factors”was the most important factor for the teachers. 3.In the aspect of the viewpoints on Motive of Participation Training there was obvious significant difference among “different age”, “marital status”, “years of teaching”, “teaching degree”,“owning accounting profession licenses or not” and“public or private schools” 4.In the aspect of the viewpoints on Constraint Factors, there was no obvious significant difference. 5.There were significant negative correlation between teachers’ Training Skill Contestant Motivation and Constraint Factors.
