Firstly experts were interviewed to clarify the scope and identify the targets, followed by data collection. The data collection adopted judgmental sampling suggested by the experts as the data bank for the model. We chose the Protégé software to construct the model including labor, equipment, material, and miscellanea categories. Accordingly 4 attributes of hasMisc, hasMaterial, hasEquipment, and hasLabor were defined to build up the logical connection between all activities. With the establishment of object property, data property, and unit inputs, SWRL and SQWRL languages in the Protégé platform were employed to complete the model. Finally the case study showed how the model works in practice and also presented its contributions of time-saving and error-poof for those who may lack for time or experience.
