Solar-Energy Power is one of the fastest growing Renewable Energy in recent years, especially in Taiwan when “the 4th Nuclear Power Plant issue” is again awaking people to pay more attention and watching the importance of our current environment protection and renewable energy measurements. ”Taiwan Officials are now advocating “Million Rooftop PVs Program” and subsidizing the installation of Solar-Energy power equipment. The program purpose is to release Taiwan Power Co., pressure in “Peak Season” and get people to learn more about the economic advantages of Energy conservation and emission reduction.In this thesis, Germany and Japan – a developed mature Green Energy populated economy is studied as an example, and Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) methodologies are applied and in attempt to get Taiwan Officials and people to better realize the importance of Green Energy so that Officials can motivate people financially and make long-term promotion package for adopting Green Energy Solutions.
