This study aimed to investigate the status of employed women preferences for the second expertise with a variety of different backgrounds factors, job satisfactions and to see if different motivation causes the different preference of the second expertise. Study subjects are employed women with learning experience, conducted a questionnaire survey. Using Correspondence Analysis and Cluster Analysis to make the comparison of each background factors, different job satisfactions and also different motivations. The findings in the study were as following: 1. Top three preferred second specialties for employed woman are: language learning classes, cooking and baking classes and continuing educating college classes. 2. Different background will affect a employed woman’s decision of second specialty. 3. Different job satisfaction will also affect a employed woman’s preferred type of second specialty. 4. Different selection motivation also affects a career woman’s preferred type of second specialty.
