Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 運動科學研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of wine lees(WL) merger exercise training(ET) on exercise performance in mice.Sixty male ICR mice(4-week- old) were divided into six groups (n=10 per group): (1) Vehicle control(WL-0);(2) 2054 mg/kg of WL(WL-1X);(3) 4108 mg/kg of WL (WL-2X); (4) ET+ Vehicle control (ET+WL-0);(5) ET + 2054 mg/kg of WL(ET+WL-1X);(6) ET +4108 mg/kg of WL (ET+ WL-2X). The WL group showed a significant increase (p < 0.05) in Forelimb-grip strength (142 ± 4.3, 148 ± 2.9v.s 123 ± 2.7 g) as compared to the vehicle group. The ET+WL group showed a significant increase (p < 0.05) in Forelimb-grip strength (168 ± 4.3, 179 ± 8.5 v.s 146 ± 3.5 g) as compared to the ET+WL-0 group.Lactate dehydrogenase (564 ±41 , 593 ± 29 v.s 874 ± 97 U/L) and Aspartate aminotransferase (161 ± 10, 150 ± 12 v.s 234 ± 30 U/L) levels in the ET+WL groups were significantly lower (p < 0.05) than in the ET+WL-0 group . Moreover, the activity of plasma creatine kinase (CK), a marker of muscular damage, was significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in the ET+WL groups than ET+WL-0 group (161 ± 10, 150 ±12 v.s 234 ± 30 U/L). WL for enhancing sports performance with increased effect.In the long-term exercise training supplement WL after reduction of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase concentration, Extend the swimming time to exhaustion and forelimb grip strength. Extend the weight-bearing exhaustive swimming time and forelimb grip performance.This study demonstrated that supplementation alone or in combination WL exercise training,help to enhance the effect of muscle strength,has the potential to developed into muscle strength movement enhance the nutritional supplements.
