This research adopting a questionnaire survey, and conducted with stratified random sampling. 255 effective questionnaires were obtained, the effective return rate was 77.2 percent. The questionnaire is divided into three parts: Basic information, recreational sport participation, scale for recreational sport constraint. The findings of the research are listed as below: 1.The most participated recreational sport is jogging, next are walking, basketball, swimming, brisk walking. 2.High frequency of participating in recreational sports was accompanied with friends, 3 to 4 times per week, 1 to 2 hours each time, and in school. 3.The level of participating in recreational sport was significant difference in gender and causes of hearing impairment. 4.The major recreational sport constraint was structural constraint, followed by inter-personal constraint and intra-personal constraint. 5.The main factors that hinder college students with hearing impairment in recreational sport were as follows: “lacking government propaganda of information about recreational sport”, “lacking school’s advocacy of recreational sport”, “lacking community advocacy of recreational sport”, “lacking professional directors”, and “social workers did not provide information about recreational sport”. 6.The background variables, such as gender, grade of hearing impairment, communication skills, using hearing aids, indicate obvious differences in recreational sport constraints.
