The paper mainly aims at analyzing the internal and external processes and contents of sports teams formed by female students at elementary schools. This study is based on a qualitative research, using methodologies of participant observations and semi-structured interviews. At the aspect of studying, parents, teachers and coaches who may significantly affect female students are included to be Interviewees so as to understand what are their values affecting female students to join sports teams. Through observation at the sports training site and in-depth interviews with objects of study, the arrangement and analysis of literature are also applied in hopes that we can make a complete exploration and study on the implication of significance of the sports team formed by female students. In conclusion, the findings of the study have shown coaches, in concept, are in favor that female students join the team. Few parents worry about their children's schoolwork; however, parents still respect the interest of their children. Class teachers are also in favor that female students join the sports team in hopes that they are able to achieve diverse learning. At the aspect of female students' future careers, although coaches, teachers and parents may have different views, they all consider that students should not abandon their schoolwork, because education is a guarantee for their lives in future. All significant others around female students are capable of putting away of the traditional view, a stereotype that female students should be gentle and quiet. Moreover, they are in favor that taking sports as a channel to seek higher education. Consequently, this concept becomes an important motivation for female students joining a sports team.
