Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different pre-intermittent cooling for thermoregulation and muscle energy pathway on high-intensity interval exercise in hygrothermal environment before and during exercise. Methods : 6 healthy male participated (Age 25±7.1 year-old ; Height 174±7 cm ; weight 67.2±11.7 kg) in this study. There are two tests in this experiment : one of these is high intensity interval exercise (4x1000 m running) and another is incremental treadmill test. Use the incremental treadmill test to find out the personal speed of last stage, and they will do high-intensity interval exercise (4x 1000m running) for 3 days with these personal speed. A counter balance order was used for all subject. Vest cooling, Hand cooling and Non-cooling will be used during the 3 days’ test before and during exercise. The differences of Blood lactate, blood ammonia, heart rate, temperature (skin), rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and thermal sensation will be observed in this experiment. Result : In 3 days high-intensity interval exercise (4x 1000m running), the results showing that skin temperature, blood lactate, blood ammonia, rating of perceived exertion (RPE) and thermal sensation are no significant differences, but skin temperature, blood lactate, blood ammonia are having the decreasing trend. Conclusion : The effect of 3 day’s high intensity interval running in different cooling way, we found that hand cooling is better than vest cooling. Therefore, we suggest that when taking High intensity interval exercise in hot and humidity environment, hand cooling can be used before exercise and in interval phase, to enhance the radiating rate of body heat, speed up the effect of anaerobic glycolysis, reduce the stress of metabolic and the quality and effectiveness of training may improve.
