Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 競技與教練科學研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of pre-intermittent cooling on physiological parameters in recovery period after high intensity interval training. Method:Six physical active males participated in the study which consists of two different cooling strategies on high intensity interval training (HIIT) during a week. The mode of HIIT is 4 x 1000 m running interspersed with recovery period in 6 minutes. Results:Hand-cooling is effective to reduce the metabolic stress in hot humid environment, and vest-cooling is in circulation recovery. The results of this study suggest that both cooling strategies were effective in reducing thermal strain during high intensity interval exercise in the hot、humid environment.
