Summary:碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 國際體育事務研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this study sets on the methods of business and crisis management of FILA, the International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles, as well as providing the results as references to Chinese Taipei Wrestling Association and other sport organizations in Taiwan. The methodology of this qualitative study was by interviewing three key persons in domestic wrestling field and three in international, together with information collected mainly from FILA website, with supplement of other sport organizations and books. The study started from October 1st, 2012 to April 30th, 2014 with a total of one year and seven months. Results show that I. The methods of business management were 1. Establishing the core value: (1) Definite motivation and (2) Reachable objects. 2. Strategy planning-oriented management which conducted the improvement and innovation of FILA and the sport of wrestling itself. II. The methods of crisis management were 1. Setting the stop loss point. 2. Asking for reliable external support, for instance, IOC and TSE Consulting Firm. 3. Setting and delivering short-term strategy plans to be re-included in 2020 Olympics. Suggesting succeeding researchers that I. Study the sport organizations closely. II. Focus on the comparison researches between the same levels of sport organizations inter-countries or inter-regions. Thus, it may more or less help improving domestic sport organizations on business and crisis management.
