As medical work is a service to the lives of people and the people, want to maintain the quality of medical safety checks than the rated quality of medical care through hospitals. Evaluation works often bring heavy pressure to nurses’ health care Thus, qualitative research methods was used to interviews with nurses who working in medical centers, nursing recognized the values of evaluation, but complain about the time-consuming data preparation, lack of consistency, ineffective data integration system which led to increase workloads and physical and mental reactions. For example, endocrine disorders, metabolic deterioration, heavier weight lose weight, irregular menstrual cycles, stomach malaise, loss of appetite, skin rash, leg cellulitis, stretching all day, dizziness and sleep disorders. The results of this study provided a reference for the medical institutes to regularly review and simplify the evaluation of nursing work. In addition to health care quality improvement, taking into account nurses’ of physical and mental health and hopes for the future evaluation system that is still relevant adjustments.
