This thesis is to collect the digital content industry relevant information and e-Books, e-Learning technologies, then give some suggestion for online bookstore industry in Taiwan, finally hope to create a new business model for online bookstores. Currently, HTML5 is the most widely used markup language. With the development of the Internet, web applications are more widely, not only browsing the web, therefore this paper use Impress.js and HTML5 create an e-Book production platform. It is a presentation framework based on the power of CSS3 transforms and transitions in modern browsers and inspired the idea from prezi.com, but Impress.js not UI (User Interface), if user want to use it is necessary to learn HTML5. This thesis uses HTML, CSS3, JavaScript technologies to make a UI (User Interface), in which HTML is responsible for page structure and content base level interactivity, CSS3 is responsible for look and feel simple interactivity and image, text, video, special effects, and use of CSS3 transform properties to render images, videos, text, 3D deformation, JavaScript is responsible for scriptable page manipulation with high level interactivity.
