Of course, how to reserve the environment’s resource sustainably will become the issue that we have to face on the place which changes rapidly. The issue of that we need to extend and highly respect is the influence of the development of technology. In the past, the researchers in the environment resource region, have to show that the impact of uni-factor in the issue of environment information and explore the influence on factor between each other, to find what attribute will be significant information which the rule on it and show it with knowledge of statistics. Hence, the study proposes the hybrid decision support system frameworks Finally, if will generate the simple information, clear statement and evaluation to support user to do better decision and maintains the environment. In future research, the system will add the vaniety of the way of evaluation and contain the technology of data mining analysis and build the better decision model and information.
