Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 102 === Individual investors occupied high proportions in Taiwanese financial market. Individual investors are generally inferior in information and analytical proficiency. Although there are some software and websites providing information to support to investors, existing support on investors’ decision models are rare in the practice. Financial market is an complex and dynamic system where numerous factors are jointly intertwined. It requires more effective approaches to improve investors’ mental models on investment decisions. This study proposed a new decision support approach by providing a double-loop learning mechanism to decision makers. Based on the proposed concepts, this study constructed a platform through which investors can test their strategies and evaluate the performances in simulations under historical market data. Users can learn from the information their mistakes and adjust their mental models accordingly. The information feedback about the effectiveness of one’s mental model is essential to achieve the double-loop learning and thus improve their mental models.
