This paper attempts to explore influence China's foreign investment with the manufacturers of the relationship between performance and influencing factors. Research based on manufacturer's productivity as a measure, five aspects of the foreign direct investment, resource based theory, manufacturer competitive theory and system theory. Again at the same time, we investigate whether the upgrade skill level of foreign direct investment also has a certain effect. The results of the study showed that in six models, foreign direct investment productivity and technology upgrading with the manufacturers are not significant, but the manufacturers competition and has a significant positive impact on operating costs. China's peculiar monopoly state-owned enterprises also show that national policy interference shares, the more the more limited, productivity has a sharp decline. Discussion of China's foreign direct investment, the government's role is still occupies the dominant position, but China's state-owned enterprises reform and opening up of success and fair competition in the market, manufacturers can effectively increase the productivity.
