Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 環境工程學系 === 102 === The main components of secondary aerosol such as sulfate、nitrate、organic carbon that are closely related with the photochemical reaction. The purposes of this study are to analyze the chemical compositions and to measure the conversion rate of secondary aerosol in the ambient Taiwan. This study analyzes the Taiwan EPA 2013 PM2.5 samples of manual samplings and explores the variation patterns of temporal and spatial distributions. In temporal trends, PM2.5 concentrations and the fractions of nitrate and ammonium were smaller in summer and greater in winter. However sulfate did not have significant seasonal variations. In the spatial distributions, PM2.5 concentrations decreased from west to east. During the summer, the region of high concentrations of PM2.5 was in the northern Taiwan, and high concentration zone was in the Kaohsiung-Pingtung for the other periods. This study was simultaneously sampling the PM2.5 at nine sites in the Kaohsiung-Pingtung during 2014 February 12 to February 21, and analyze its water-soluble ions and carbon composition, and then use the back trajectory model to simulate the path of air mass, selecting cases and calculate the generated secondary aerosol concentration between the two sites, using the time of transportation between two sites to measure the conversion rate. The result of spatial interpolation method in conversion rates of NOx to NO3-、SO2 to SO42-and NMHC to carbon was 0.56%/hr、2.30%/hr and 0.32%/hr, and the result of temporal interpolation method in conversion rates was 0.42%/hr、1.62%/hr and 0.23%/hr.
